Tim acquired Carvers Hill Farm in 2012 as part of a farming operation run by his wife Denise. A business entrepreneur, Tim has enjoyed a successful career building international organisations across Europe.

Jack Bartholemew
Managing Director

Jack discovered the world of wine in 2010, whilst working at the famous Lopez de Heredia ‘Bodega’ in La Rioja- This was the start of Jack’s passion and introduction to an industry that he has thoroughly enjoyed.

Rhys Evans
Estate Manager

Originally from a Welsh dairy farming family, Rhys graduated from Seale Hayne in 2001 and began his career working on a 700ha organic mixed farm in Norfolk. He then moved on to work for the FWAG.
